Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years accounts payable experience, including supervisory/managerial duties.
• Experience with general ledger coding, reconciliations, and AP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Supervise AP staff; provide training and development to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate discrepancies between AP transactions and general ledger; resolve issues.
• Research and resolve vendor balance differences and posting errors in ERP system.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to improve internal controls and processes.
• Document and maintain SOPs and internal controls for AP processes.
• Support system integrations and standardization across multiple entities.
