The role requires 5+ years in high-costing AP, strong ERP and vendor-management experience, 1099 processing, and excellent communication. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in high-costing AP role.
• Experience with 3-way match.
• Experience with 1099 processing.
• Proficient in ERP systems and vendor management.
• Excel skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day AP processing for a team of 6+ to ensure performance.
• Develops team skills and directs activities of the AP staff.
• Manage high-volume invoice costing (12k+ monthly).
• Communicates clearly in emails and meetings with internal/external parties.
• Responds promptly to high-volume vendor inquiries and payments.
• Review GL distribution for AP postings and prevent reclasses at month-end.
• Lead vendor statement reconciliation and GRNI cleanup.
• Oversee weekly payments and cash disbursements (overhead, rents, utilities).
• Maintain Vendor Master List including new vendors, edits, ACH, W9, 1099 setup.
• Lead software changes in AP areas and data integrity reviews.
• 1099 reporting experience.
