Job summary

Circet USA is seeking anAccounts Payable Manager to lead a team (based in India) and develop AP processes. You will ensure accurate disbursements and reporting, supervise month-end closes, and maintain vendor records in a compliant environment.

You will coordinate with executives and departments across Circet USA, driving efficiency and strong internal controls while supporting forecasting and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years managing an AP team.
• Ability to communicate with executive management and all departments across the organization.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the financial cycle and month end close process.
• Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
• Ability to deal with multifaceted internal and customer/supplier facing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities in the accounts payable function.
• Ensures timely payment of vendor invoices and employee expenses; maintains records.
• Suggests improvements to increase AP process efficiency.
• Reconciles vendor statements and approves invoices.
• Maintains controls in line with internal policy.
• Oversees year-end 1099 statements and unclaimed property reporting.
• Assists with cash flow forecasting based on historical data.
