• Appropriate professional experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable for multiple corps sites.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and posting of memos.
• Maintain AP records and month-end closings.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Train and supervise AP staff; manage workflow.
