The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to supervise the AP department across multiple corps sites. You will oversee processing, verification, posting, and timely payment of invoices while maintaining AP records and adherence to GAAP.

The role includes staff training, performance evaluations, and ensuring month-end deadlines are met. A degree in accounting and several years of hands-on AP experience are required or substituted with relevant expertise.

Qualificações

• Associates of Accounting (required).
• Three years of hands-on full cycle AP experience (required).
• Five or more years supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related subject (preferred).
• Experience with donor management systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable Department.
• Process, verify, post and pay invoices and credit memos timely.
• Maintain AP records for multiple corps sites in the Intermountain Division.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and month-end closings.
• Train, supervise and evaluate AP staff; maintain high morale.
