• Investigates and resolves invoice processing problems.
• Tracks unentered invoices and statuses.
• Prepares payments via check, ACH, and wire, including mailing.
• Responds to inquiries about invoice status.
• Verifies employee expenses and corporate card coding.
• Reconciles vendor statements and prepares 1099 reports.
• Supports Accounting Department with additional duties.
