Dickerson Petroleum, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function for multiple entities within our organization. You will code, review, and enter invoices, set up electronic payments, and prepare checks.

This role collaborates with the accounting team and other departments to manage vendor relationships, ensure accurate coding, and process timely payments to vendors and employees.

Qualifications

• 4+ years accounts payable experience in high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system per standard procedures.
• Handle vendor communications via phone or email.
• Investigate and resolve invoice processing issues.
• Prepare payments by check, ACH, and wire.
• Review employee expenses for correct coding.
• Review corporate credit card coding and verify expenses match statements.
• Produce reports for 1099s and related filings.
• Maintain supporting documentation for expenditures.
