About the Role:

The Accounts Payable Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the entire accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, job costing, general ledger, and payroll tax regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in account reconciliation and managing accounting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing an accounts payable team or department.
• Familiarity with project accounting and construction or manufacturing industry accounting practices.
• Certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting credential.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems beyond QuickBooks.
