Role:

Senior Account Payable Manager

This role interacts with client teams, including General Ledger Accounting, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Technology. The Senior Manager must be a critical thinker, analytical, energetic, and possess strong attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for Accounts Payable and travel & expense (T&E) expenditures
• Manage the timely matching of invoices with purchase orders
• Ensure all payables have proper approvals according to corporate policy
• Review T&E expense reports for accuracy and policy adherence
• Supervise vendor inquiries and respond to vendors
• Review payment reports for weekly vendor payments
• Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as needed

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience; 3+ years managing a team
• Experience with full cycle AP, month-end close, and account analysis
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
