Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accounts Payable Manager, located on-site in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the processing of all invoices, ensure timely payments, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include supervising accounts payable staff, establishing efficient processes, reconciling accounts, and handling accruals and journal entries. Managed month end close for AP.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting and Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience with Journal Entries and Accruals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a managerial role is preferred
• Strong excel skills i.e Vlookups, Xlookups, Pivot Tables and Sumifs
