Element Materials Technology is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP function within the Cincinnati Global Business Services team. The role emphasizes people development, process excellence, data-driven performance, and best-in-class AP operations.

Based on site in Blue Ash, OH, with Monday-Thursday on-site work and a remote option on Friday; responsible for AP leadership, process improvements, and strong analytical reporting using Power BI and D365 F&O.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of Accounts Payable/Shared Services experience in a multi-site or complex environment.
• Leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong AP processes, controls and best practices.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee intercompany AP activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead month-end close activities related to AP, including reconciliations, reporting, and accruals.
• Develop, document, and improve AP SOPs and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation.
• Produce AP performance metrics, vendor spending trends, cash forecasting insights.
• Support system enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

At Element, we're looking for an experienced and driven Accounts Payable Manager to lead our Accounts Payable function within our Cincinnati Global Business Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, driving process excellence, leveraging data to improve performance, and ensuring best-in-class accounts payable operations.

The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with technical accounting knowledge, process improvement expertise, and advanced analytical capabilities to support a growing global business.

This role is on site at our GBS in Blue Ash, Cincinnati, Ohio Monday - Thursday, remote option on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team to deliver high levels of service, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Resolve escalated supplier inquiries and payment issues.
• Manage weekly cash disbursement forecasting and payment cycles.
• Oversee intercompany Accounts Payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
• Lead month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable, including reconciliations, reporting, and accrual support.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve Accounts Payable standard operating procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance automation.
• Produce and analyze Accounts Payable performance metrics, vendor spending trends, cash forecasting insights, and other operational reporting.
• Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or related accounting experience within a multi-site or complex business environment.
• Previous leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, controls, and best practices.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI strongly preferred.
• Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting and analytics tools.
