Howden Tiger is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the AP function, lead a team of clerks, and ensure accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments.

You will implement strong financial controls, collaborate across departments, and provide reporting insights to management to support the company’s financial goals. This role demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts payable or related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor a team of accounts payable clerks.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable process: invoice receipt, validation, approval, and payment.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
• Enforce internal controls and prepare reports for management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts payable reports.
