The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in AP/Source-to-Pay, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Accounts Payable, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, or Financial Operations.
• Experience analyzing and modifying reports using various reporting tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Verify, analyze and report on financial transactions.
• Lead on projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve complex inquiries and production issues.
• Train associates and interns while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Facilitate meetings to gather requirements, provide training, and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation, testing results, action items, and business impacts.
• Reconcile transactions, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial processing.
• Mitigate risk by following SOX controls and internal and external audit controls.
• Work closely with Source to Pay associates to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
