Humana seeks a Source to Pay (S2P) Professional to support Accounts Payable operations in a hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS or Louisville, KY. You will drive process improvements, resolve complex inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The position requires 2+ years in AP/S2P, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and SOX compliance awareness, with a compensation range of $58,700 - $70,400 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years supporting Accounts Payable or Source-to-Pay operations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with data analysis experience.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives or system implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Verify, analyze and report on financial transactions.
• Lead AP on projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve complex inquiries and production issues.
• Train associates and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, training, and issue resolution.
• Perform testing for system upgrades and implementations.
• Maintain project documentation and track business impacts.
• Reconcile transactions and research discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Source to Pay, IT and vendors to ensure end-to-end processes.
• Mitigate risk by following SOX controls and audits.
• Coordinate with onshore & offshore teams when needed.
• Build and edit reports using reporting tools.
