Job summary

Orgill HR Only is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Collierville, TN to oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensure accurate processing of stock and drop-ship invoices, and support month-end accounting procedures while maintaining strong internal controls.

The role requires directing workflow, resolving complex vendor issues, and supervising AP systems and cross-department collaboration to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations.
• Process high-volume stock and drop-ship invoices.
• Support month-end accounting procedures and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and prioritize daily workflow across the AP team to ensure timely invoice processing and batch accuracy.
• Review and resolve complex vendor payment disputes, statement reconciliations, and escalated research questions.
• Supervise automated document processing systems (such as AnyDoc), drop-ship verification reports, and batch keying processes.
• Manage complex vendor communications and supplier relationships, resolving discrepancies regarding pricing, freight, or quantities.
