The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of accounts payable experience, relevant degree, and strong Excel skills. Manufacturing experience and Oracle EBS proficiency are highly valued, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is preferred.
• Experience with Concur or similar expense systems is beneficial.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices (non-PO, B2B, 2-way and 3-way PO).
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and perform statement reconciliation.
• Support month-end accruals and journal entries as needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier information.
• Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance.
• Assist with transitioning suppliers to electronic invoicing or ACH payments.
• Support team manager with additional tasks as requested.
