Koozie Group, a leader in promotional products, seeks an Accounts Payable Lead in Clearwater, FL. The role leads the Accounts Payable team, manages invoicing, vendor inquiries, and reconciliations, and supports cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years AP experience, strong AP skills, and familiarity with Oracle EBS (R12) and 3‑Way Match processes. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 2–4 years using Oracle EBS (R12) or equivalent system.
• 2–4 years Automated 3-Way Match experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and document Accounts Payable policies and SOPs.
• Oversee AP invoice management and three/ two-way matching.
• Train staff on invoice coding and internal controls.
• Manage vendor setup, 1099 reporting, and audits support.
• Monitor reconciliations and respond to inquiries promptly.
