Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to guide and mentor the AP staff, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and paid on time. You will collaborate with multiple departments and vendors globally to resolve discrepancies and support monthly closings.

Key duties include auditing and posting POs and non-PO invoices, creating payment proposals, resolving invoice issues across finance, transportation, and purchasing, and leading special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• 1–3 years in a full cycle accounts payable role with internal controls.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Audit and post purchase orders (PO) and Non-PO invoices.
• Create and review payment proposals.
• Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.
• Perform monthly closing procedures and run reports.
• Provide leadership to accounts payable team and deliver on special projects.
