• Resolve daily invoice exceptions in the AP process while upholding internal controls.
• Process vendor invoices and apply 3-way/2-way/non-PO methods as required.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain accurate account balances.
• Support data gathering for tax audits and documentation for audits as needed.
• Assist with reporting requests and the monthly AP close.
