Responsibilities

• Sorts and alphabetizes invoices by PO type and vendor.
• Scans and indexes invoices in OnBase and emails invoices to departments as needed.
• Files invoices, determines payment sequencing to ensure timely payments.
• Verifies calculations, tax applicability, vendor, quantities received vs billed.
• Updates general ledger and maintains open payables file.
• Responds to vendor and department inquiries about invoices and payments.
