Mullinax Automotive is seeking a full-time accounting-focused team member to support daily financial operations at our Florida dealership network. You will handle deposits, invoices, and vendor statements while upholding company procedures and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and reliable, detail-oriented work habits. This position offers a stable schedule and opportunities to grow within the Mullinax Automotive family.

Qualifications

• Must present a professional appearance.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting and general math skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers and email.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Receipt checks and prepare daily bank deposits.
• Receive, verify, reconcile, and process invoices.
• Research, track, and correct vendor account discrepancies.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Prepare 10th of month checks.
• Provide assistance and support to Company personnel.
• Follow all Company procedures and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
