Job summary

R&R Realty Group in Des Moines, IA, seeks an Accounts Payable Intern for Summer 2027 in West Des Moines. You will assist with invoice processing, vendor communications, and AP reporting while supporting the accounting team.

The role requires an Associate's degree or two years of related coursework/experience; attention to detail and reliability are valued. A collaborative environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties:
• Scans, indexes and converts invoices into Yardi.
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
• Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing.
• Provide phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed.

Education

What you'll do
