This internship offers hands-on exposure to ERP systems, ad hoc reporting, and problem resolution, with mentoring from the Accounts Payable Manager. Ideal candidates are accounting or business majors with a 3.0 GPA and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Current university student in Accounting or business-related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and on a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Code and process accounts payable invoices.
• Assist in resolution of internal and external helpdesk requests related to the Accounts Payable function.
• Monitors invoice approval process to ensure timeliness.
• Assists with ad hoc reporting and other special projects as assigned.
