Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Accounting or business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Ability to work full-time during the semester.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of accounting systems and the monthly close process; develop Excel skills.
• Assist in month-end close duties: review rent charges, ensure contract services are billed, prepare utility accruals, manage fixed assets roll-forwards.
• Contribute to special projects such as depreciation reviews and CAM reconciliations across properties.
