Responsibilities

• Assist with processing vendor invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders.
• Support account reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with monthly reporting and accounts payable activities.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process improvements and special projects.
