The role supports the accounting team with month-end tasks, data entry, and general financial record-keeping. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field and be available to work up to 40 hours per week for 10+ weeks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing vendor invoices and documentation.
• Maintain records for invoices, packing slips, and vendor docs.
• Help with vendor communications on payments and remittance details.
• Support month-end processes and accounting reports.
• Gain hands-on experience with Excel and accounting software.
