Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking an Accounting Specialist for its Milan, Tennessee facility. This on-site role supports accounts payable, general accounting, reconciliations, and financial close under the guidance of the General Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, preparing journal entries, and assisting with monthly close and reporting. Strong attention to detail and solid Excel/ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Up to 3 years of accounting or AP/GL experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes and reporting.
• Monitor AP aging and identify trends or issues.
• Maintain audit trails and internal controls to ensure accuracy.
