Job summary

Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY brand, is seeking an Accounting Specialist for its Milan, Tennessee facility. The role covers AP, general accounting, reconciliations, and close processes, with cross-functional coordination to resolve issues and ensure accurate reporting.

You will independently manage assigned AP and GL tasks under supervision, while escalating unusual matters as needed. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years in accounting, AP, or GL preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, coding, approvals, and payment exceptions.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile vendor statements.
• Support monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Research discrepancies and communicate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Assist with financial reporting and audits.
