Job summary

Assa Abloy Group’s Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks an Accounting Specialist at our Milan, Tennessee facility. You will support accounts payable, general accounting, reconciliations, and financial close, researching discrepancies and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Under the General Accounting Manager, you will manage responsibilities, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and help with month-end processes, providing clear documentation and contributing to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or AP/GL experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and documentation; identify exceptions.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly payment runs via check, ACH, or wire.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate aged items.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audits.
• Apply U.S. GAAP principles to transactions.
• Assist with bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
