Job summary

Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking an Accounting Specialist for our Milan, Tennessee facility. You will provide accounting support across AP, general accounting, reconciliations, and financial close.

You will research discrepancies, prepare journal entries, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve routine accounting matters, while ensuring internal controls and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or AP/general ledger experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly payment runs via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Reconcile vendor statements and analyze accounts payable aging.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with documentation.
