Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processing and vendor communications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, petty cash reimbursements and check requests.
• Perform bi-weekly accounts payable processing and related follow-up.
• Maintain vendor records and GL coding for invoices.
• Assist with month-end close, audits and annual 1099s as needed.
• Prepare documentation for audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
