Salem Five is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage high-volume invoicing and payments in our Salem, MA offices. You will process invoices, ensure proper approvals, and administer Concur expense reports while maintaining vendor records and IRS reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two year certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling high-volume invoices and payments.
• Familiar with Concur expense management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize significant volume of invoices.
• Review invoices for proper approval and documentation.
• Administer the Concur website and expense reports.
• Input invoices into Accounts Payable by pay date.
• Manage AP payments including check printing and mailing.
• Prepare 1099 tax reporting and IRS transmissions.
• Maintain confidential vendor information and filing.
• Monitor outstanding AP checks and stop payments as needed.
