Job summary

Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the firm’s AP operations. Located on-site in Little Falls, NJ, the role reports to the Billing and Accounts Payable Manager and focuses on efficient processing of invoices and vendor payments.

The position requires 2+ years of AP experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AP portals. Overtime may be required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, LTD, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgement.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices in a timely manner into operating software.
• Generate and review Daily Cost Collections reports for third party client costs.
• Pay vendors, third party client costs, and employee reimbursements weekly as required.
• Reconcile invoices and check requests with internal Purchase Order system and follow up on discrepancies.
• Create new vendors with correct credentials in operating software.
