Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1+ year of accounts payable or accounting operations experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all payment cycle activities daily.
• Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements with accurate coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review payment batches and maximize discounts.
• Support month-end/year-end close and audits.
