Job summary

TempExperts is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Miami, FL for an onsite, temporary role through January 2027. The position offers a strong pay of $25/hour, a Monday–Friday schedule, and exposure to SAP within a collaborative accounting team.

The ideal candidate will review invoices, maintain AP records, and ensure timely payments while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience required.
• Experience with an accounting system is required; SAP experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals before payment.
• Serve as the link between accounting and field Operations.
• Follow up with Operations on invoices, POs, and credit memos for timely processing.
• Manage the AP inbox and ticketing system and respond to vendor questions promptly.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep AP reports, reconciliations, spreadsheets and files organized.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
• Prepare account analyses and ad hoc reports.
• Support internal controls and provide documentation for audits.
• Flag exceptions and escalate issues when needed.

TempExperts is partnering with an established organization in the Miami area to add an Accounts Payable Coordinator to its accounting team. You’ll review and process invoices, keep AP records clean and work closely with Operations to make sure everything gets paid accurately and on time.

What you bring
