HYDAC Technology Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage invoice processing, vendor communications and payments. You will collaborate with buyers and receiving to resolve blocked invoices and maintain records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or ERP systems, and strong communication skills. A GED or HS diploma is required, with an Associate’s preferred.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for all functions related to the process of Accounts Payable (A/P).

You will make an impact in this role by:

• Monitoring vendor aging and work with internal resources to release blocked invoices for payment.
• Processing outgoing cash payments to vendors.
• Resolving vendor disputes by partnering with appropriate internal contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.
