Job summary

Basin Street Properties seeks a dual role Accounts Payable Specialist/Compliance Analyst to join our Accounting team at the Reno headquarters. This high-volume position handles invoicing, payments, and COI compliance across multiple entities, banks, and properties, requiring accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and proficient in Yardi and Payscan, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Construction industry experience desirable.
• Experience with Yardi and Payscan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy Accounts Payable including weekly check runs.
• Maintain vendor records and W-9 tracking.
• Monitor COIs and insurance requirements for vendors/tenants.
• Verify contracts have current insurance details and coverage.
