Job summary

Cast Finance seeks a proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our hybrid Miami team. You will process invoices, ensure accuracy, and maintain strong vendor relationships while supporting the monthly close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, QuickBooks Online expertise, and a business/Accounting background. This role offers hybrid work in Miami with strong growth and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required; experience with bill.com preferred.
• 2+ years experience in accounts payable or accounting services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments timely to maintain supplier relationships and avoid disruptions.
• Verify vendor tax IDs, resolve PO discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain compliance.
• Identify early payment discounts and prevent duplicate payments to maximize savings.
• Deliver weekly aging reports for internal team and client visibility into liabilities.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor relations and partnerships.
• Support month-end close by reconciling AP records with the finance team.
