Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in AP processing.
• Experience with GL accounts, journal entries, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Excel for financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for accounts payable.
• Process purchase orders and vendor payments.
• Reconcile credit cards and month-end activities.
• Monitor finance email and route to the responsible party.
• Communicate with purchasers regarding PO/invoice updates.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Handle Amazon orders for the business.
• Answer calls on the finance line.
• Maintain vendor relations and communication.
