You will reconcile vendor statements, match PO to invoices, and coordinate with Parts managers to resolve discrepancies while supporting other projects. This role offers extensive benefits and training, with opportunities for advancement across our Midwest dealership network.

• Communicating with Parts managers to resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices.

• Match purchase orders to invoices and process for payment.
• Communicate with Parts managers to solve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
• Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
• Assist with other projects as needed.
