• Two years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree in accounting is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect invoices received by email or mail, and match them with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with Purchasing or vendors.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks and file supporting paperwork in organized vendor files.
• Review Accounts Payable Aging Report weekly to prepare check approvals and ensure timely payments.
• Support the Accounting Manager and HR Manager with additional tasks as needed.
