Pilgrim seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk for the A Shift in Grand Island, Nebraska. You will support the accounting team with invoicing, coding, and reconciliations, working closely with the Accounting Supervisor.

Key duties include processing invoices, managing freezer inventory, and acting as backup for yield reporting. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications required.
• Strong communication, computer and decision making skills.
• Detail oriented, team player, and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work with little to no supervision.

Responsabilités

• Weekly freight reconciliation
• Freezer inventory receiving
• Code cold storage invoices for payment and backup for Non PO invoices
• Backup for daily yield reports
• Other duties as assigned
