Job description

Join to apply for the Accounts Payable Clerk role at Remington Hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing accounts payable invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.
2. Ensuring deposits from outlets balance, including credit card deposits, EFT, and checks.
3. Counting the main safe at the beginning and end of shifts, supplying money for department banks and tills, and replenishing vault funds.
4. Reconciling petty cash, balancing reimbursements, and approving payments.
5. Managing payroll duties such as daily reports, reviewing missed punches, entering tips, gratuities, vacation, sick leave, retroactive pay, and other payments weekly, and assisting with biweekly payroll transmittals under the Controller's guidance.
6. Reviewing and compiling daily tax-exempt guest information and submitting it to the Controller by the 7th of each month.
