Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Reports to: Accounting Manager

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Overview: The Accounts Payable Clerk is a full-time, entry level position available Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is based out of our corporate distribution center near Uniontown, Pa.

Accountabilities

• Processing inventory and non-inventory invoices for payment
• Pulling invoices scheduled for payment on a weekly basis
• Monitoring invoices that offer discounts ensuring turned in promptly
• Debiting manufactures for incorrect billing
• Monitoring all manufacturers that rebate by utilizing spreadsheets
• Process credit card transactions/wire transfers that pertain to purchase orders
• Additional duties assigned by management
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting
• 1-year Accounting experience in A/P.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
