Job summary

Olympic Medical Center is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure vendor invoices are processed and paid promptly, while following established procedures. This role supports the AP team in day-to-day tasks and helps maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of accounts payable experience, a high school diploma or GED, and meticulous attention to detail. This full-time, on-site position offers a stable schedule on Day shifts on the Washington coast.

• Night- $5.00/hour

• Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensures vendor invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner, while adhering to organizational procedures. Supports AP Supervisor in all AP related functions.

EDUCATION

• High school or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Two years’ experience accounts payable or comparable experience preferred.
