Job summary

Arias Sanguinetti, a trial and litigation firm in the Los Angeles area, seeks an experienced accounts payable professional. The role reports to the Director of Finance and requires in-office presence for daily operations and team activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review and timely payment processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with internal procedures.
• Assist with month-end deadlines, special projects, and annual 1099 preparation.
• Project-based audits on client trust disbursements.

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every task.

This role is to report directly to the Director of Finance and is based in our Los Angeles office. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building.
