Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an hourly Accounting/Bookkeeping Clerk. You will compile purchase orders, invoices, and statements, review data, reconcile schedules, and prepare checks as part of a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compile and sort purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
• Review accounting data on invoices, post daily.
• Reconcile statements to accounts payable schedules and prepare checks.
• Manage filing of paperwork.
• Assist in answering phones.
• Reconcile Sublet schedule, Payable Schedule and Open POs report.
