Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a Business Assistant for our Havana Campus. The role handles financing documentation, deposits, and contract funding behind the scenes to ensure a smooth customer experience in a high-volume store family that includes Schomp Subaru, Ford, Mazda and Hyundai.

The position offers on-site work with an hourly pay starting at $19.29–$24.00, full-time with Saturday shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
