What You’ll Do:

1. Invoice Management: Enter invoices using SAP and Excel for various business units.
2. Vendor Relations: Handle inquiries from vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized invoice files.
4. Precision: Ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
5. Timeliness: Meet deadlines consistently.
6. Additional Tasks: Take on other accounting duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Customer service experience is a plus.
3. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong typing skills (10-key preferred).
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Adaptability: Ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $19-$20/hr; and
