A leading company in energy services seeks a Collections Specialist II to manage overdue payments on inactive accounts. The role requires stellar negotiation skills and the ability to maintain customer relationships while ensuring timely payments. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in consumer collections and be knowledgeable in billing procedures.
Job Summary:
As a Collections Specialist II, you will contact customers and collect outstanding payments on inactive SCANA accounts. You will firmly press for payment arrears resolution while maintaining a trustful relationship with the customer by educating them on their product, service value and account options.

Salary Range:
$39,400.00 - $59,100.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance, as well as team or individual incentives.
